Licensed Calendars Published by Lafayette Town Planner

The only calendars officially licensed by the University to accept advertising are those offered through our partnership with Lafayette Town Planner.

For the 2020-2021 academic year, there are the following two publication options:

Campus Calendar

  • Over 10,000 copies distributed on campus to the students, faculty & staff
  • Academic year calendar August – July
  • Money-saving coupons
  • Local events
  • UL Lafayette academic schedule
  • Louisiana athletic schedules

Alumni Association Fan Calendar

Over 7,500 copies distributed to UL Lafayette alumni

  • A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the UL Lafayette Alumni Association
  • Includes alumni, Uuniversity, and local events
  • Money-saving coupons
